Delivery Times
If you order before 12pm we will aim to send your order out the same day. If you require a specific delivery date please select this from the date picker at the checkout, or write a note in the special instructions box.
If you are ordering height charts please allow an extra 5 - 7 days for delivery as these are hand assembled to order.
Our greetings cards are dispatched from our warehouse in Cambridgeshire, while our wrapping paper and height charts are sent from our studio in Bristol, so you may receive more than one delivery if you order a mixture of products.
If you order a card spinner this will be sent directly from our supplier and should be delivered in 5 - 7 working days.
United Kingdom
Delivery is free on orders of £100 and over. For orders below £100 we charge £7 carriage. There is no minimum order.
International - Europe
Delivery to the EU, Norway & Switzerland is by DHL. We charge a flat fee of £16 per order, which will be added at the checkout. You will also need to pay sales tax when your order reaches the EU and DHL will contact you directly for this. Our cards are all manufactured in the UK so there will be no charges for Duty but DHL charges a small disbursement fee. More details are here.

Delivery is Ex Works. If you would like us to arrange delivery please contact us to discuss prices.Minimum Order
There is no minimum order on delivery to any country.
