Which courier do you use?

All orders to the EU, Norway & Switzerland are sent by DHL.

How much do you charge for delivery?

We charge a flat fee of £20 per order, which will be added at the checkout. However you will also need to pay sales tax and a disbursement charge when your order reaches the EU. Please see the sections below for more details.

Will I need to pay sales tax?

If you are ordering from the EU, you will need to pay sales tax on your order. We will ship your order from the UK by DHL. When it reaches the point of import, DHL will contact you regarding the sales tax due. The amount you will need to pay will depend on the size of your order and the country you are ordering from. Sales tax can be claimed back on your sales tax return.

Will I need to pay duty?

All of our products are made in the UK, so no duty will be charged on your order.

Are there any additional charges?

DHL will charge a disbursement fee to collect sales tax on your order and to advance this to the EU tax authorities. DHL will charge €14.50 or 2.5% of the sales tax due, whichever is greater.  So, for example for an order for Germany totally €1000 with €190 sales tax DHL would charge €14.50.  If the order was for €5000 with €950 sales tax DHL would charge €23.75.
